A two storey detached villa built c.1980 on a sloping site with views over the River Clyde from the rear.

Appraisal
Although our clients own a beautiful house in a stunning location, this was compromised by the limited ability to appreciate the view.

Client’s Brief
Our clients wished to maximise their experience of the view by forming an upper floor balcony.

The Scheme
A steel framed balcony incorporating a frameless glass protective barrier accessed by means of new widened openings with 3-panel sliding doors on both ground and upper floors.
